Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of AUD $9.99 applies to all orders within Australia.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $50 are eligible for free standard shipping within Australia.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Domestic Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
    Note: Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as local delivery delays. Relispray is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Australia only. Certain products may be restricted in some areas due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before placing an order.


Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products, such as personal care items or opened items, are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email salessupport@pharmacor.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If it's our error, we cover return shipping.

    • For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

    • We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance.

3. Refunds

  • You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email salessupport@pharmacor.com.au with your order number and issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards and promotional items


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email salessupport@pharmacor.com.au with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will offer a suitable resolution.


Cancellations and Modifications
To cancel or modify an order, contact salessupport@pharmacor.com.au as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be changed but may still be eligible for return or exchange.
